Whitefield Union
Bar & dining fit-out · industrial identity
Reclaimed gears, exposed brick and raw steel, pulled together under a brass sign that gives the place its name before you step inside. Cane and green arches run the length of the bar, with terrazzo underfoot. Handed over in Whitefield.

24-key boutique stay
A 24-key boutique stay set into the trees. Timber rooms stack up under hanging green, lit from within at dusk over a bed of boulders and water. Now rising on site.

Curve
Community landscape · Sunpure Homes
A shared landscape for Sunpure Homes, set out around one long curve that pulls the whole ground together. Lawn mounds and curved seating lead into courts for football and basketball, a play area for children, and a small amphitheatre, with a hand-drawn timber lattice canopy over the middle of it all.

A library and gym reach clear of the structure with no extra columns, while cantilevered steps climb to a pergola-shaded terrace. Built for one family on a north-east plot.

A minimalist fit-out across a full 3BHK — cane and brass through the bedrooms, reeded glass and dark stone in the kitchen, an arched timber door marking the utility beyond. Handed over on Kanakapura Road.

Architecture campus on an 8 m slope
A school cut into an 8-metre slope, its split levels arranged so students stay in sight of one another, all under a double-layered green ‘super-roof’ built for a hot, dry climate.

A washroom block and rooftop dining extension, planned around a full-grown tree we decided to keep. It won the studio's ‘Best Project Design’.

A compact, Vastu-planned home where a glass bridge crosses an open garden court, a skylight drops light to the first floor, and the upper mass cantilevers to the street.

A landscape for a production campus, drawn as a run of green terraces that step up gabion-stone walls. A pergola-shaded timber deck and a tree-lined walk thread between the built blocks.

V4 · Arrival Landscape
Arrival court & gardens
The arrival landscape for V4. At the gate a tall signage panel stands in a shallow reflecting pool, and granite steps climb past it, lit from strips buried in the joints. Moss mounds edged with rough stone sit to either side, and behind them a zen garden and curved-wall seating carry the same idea deeper into the site.
